Scheduled checks can identify documents for processing, allowing agents to summarize content, classify files, or flag missing details. Depending on the configured permissions and workflow, agents can save results to Nextcloud, organize documents, or create review tasks in connected business systems.

Implementation defines the connection account, accessible folders, and permitted actions before agents begin processing content. File paths, document fields, and destination records are mapped explicitly. Execution results and errors are logged with attention to sensitive data. Credentials are protected, content sent to external AI services is restricted according to policy, and consequential changes can require human approval.
