Redis is a memory-oriented data store used where applications need low-latency access to operational data. X Mind Solutions uses the official Redis connector to place read and write operations inside automation and AI agent workflows. An agent can retrieve session context, cache a computed result with an expiration time, or update a task’s processing status. Workflows can also process events through Redis Streams, with business rules defining the permitted actions and downstream steps.

Access is scoped through Redis authentication and access controls, limiting commands and key patterns to each workflow’s needs. X Mind Solutions maps application fields to keys, data types, serialization formats, and expiration policies. Monitoring covers connection failures, latency, and unsuccessful operations. Where supported, connections use encryption; credentials are managed separately, and logging is designed to avoid exposing sensitive payloads.
