Türkiye Innovation Week 2025: Innovation Notes from Day One

We at X Mind Solutions attended the first day of Türkiye Innovation Week 2025, held at the Haliç Congress Center. Our aim in attending the three-day event was to hear firsthand perspectives on artificial intelligence, innovation policy and the changing business world. Throughout the first day, we gathered ideas and took notes at the panels we attended, with the opportunity to consider the technology agenda not just through products, but also through perspectives from different fields.

Türkiye Innovation Week goes beyond showcasing technology to provide a forum for discussing the country’s vision for innovation. Representatives of public institutions, industry leaders and speakers with a global outlook come together in the same program. This diversity is valuable for considering innovation beyond technical advances alone. Understanding the transformation of the business world requires following not only technology itself, but also the policies surrounding it and the approaches of different stakeholders.

As part of the first day’s program, we also attended Erhan Meydan’s presentation. His approach to following content from around the world was one of the topics that stayed with us throughout the day. The value of attending a presentation in person lies not only in the information shared, but also in seeing the context in which the speaker places it. For us, this experience was meaningful as an opportunity to follow current developments directly at the source and consider them in light of our own questions.

For X Mind Solutions, which builds AI agents, automation workflows and system integrations for businesses, following these discussions is part of viewing our work in a broader context. Becoming familiar with a new technology is not the same as understanding what it means for businesses. We therefore see the perspectives we heard at the event as input for reflecting on the relationship between artificial intelligence and business processes.

The common thread in our notes from the first day was the importance of learning and hearing different perspectives firsthand. Rather than immediately turning an idea from the event into a practical outcome, we believe in first understanding its context and considering which questions it addresses. At X Mind Solutions, we see sharing what we learn as an extension of this approach. We also plan to share brief summaries and observations from the following days of the event in the same spirit.
