Discussing Innovation and the Future of the Digital Economy at UGİK

At X Mind Solutions, we joined entrepreneurs and industry leaders at UGİK, organised by Genç MÜSİAD. Held at the Wyndham Grand İstanbul Hotel, the event brought together more than 3,000 participants from over 40 countries around the vision of “Recognise Tomorrow, Today”. Sessions on innovation, the digital economy, sustainability and leadership provided a valuable setting for considering the future from different perspectives and making new connections.

One of the highlights for us was the innovation report project presented on stage by Akan and Enes. The scope of the work and its data-driven analytical approach particularly caught our attention. The findings and forward-looking recommendations of this project, which we are proud to have been involved in, enriched our thinking about Türkiye’s future. We see the report as a valuable contribution to discussions on innovation.

When assessing innovation, we look not only at new ideas themselves, but also at the data that gives them meaning and the recommendations for the future. The report presentation at UGİK prompted us to reflect again on the importance of this approach. For us, data-driven assessment is a valuable starting point for identifying which questions to ask and discussing different possibilities. Considering findings alongside recommendations can help generate more concrete questions about the future.

Across the sessions, we had the opportunity to hear about topics ranging from innovation and the digital economy to sustainability and leadership vision. We view these not as separate subjects, but as different dimensions of how businesses prepare for the future. For X Mind Solutions, which builds AI agents, automation workflows and system integrations, it is important to consider developments in technology within a broader business perspective. The different viewpoints shared at the event provided valuable ground for reflection on these topics.

Beyond the sessions, introductions, conversations and exchanges of ideas were an important part of our participation. We valued hearing about different experiences, sharing our own approach and making new connections. We consider UGİK a meaningful gathering not only for its presentations, but also for the opportunities it created for these interactions. We thank everyone who made this platform possible and hope to meet again at similar gatherings focused on entrepreneurship, innovation and the business world of the future.
