KobiGPT became a finalist in the Technology Leader category within Promising Ventures 27, which received 278 applications from 43 cities.

We are rapidly advancing in line with our vision to establish an ecosystem where SMEs do not view artificial intelligence merely as a superficial experimental tool, but instead position it at the core of their business processes. The KobiGPT solution, developed under X Mind Solutions, has been selected as a finalist in the Technology Leader category at the Promising Ventures 27 organization. This significant stage serves as concrete evidence of the high corporate and sectoral interest in our goal to directly integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into the digital transformation processes of domestic businesses.

This year's process saw intense interest from across Turkey, with 278 startup applications recorded from 43 different cities. Being among the finalists in such a comprehensive competition, where innovative approaches, unique products, and value-added technological infrastructures are meticulously evaluated, is a source of great pride for our team. The architecture we offer successfully commits to simplifying the complex operational processes of SMEs and practically bringing the power of artificial intelligence applications into daily business routines.

Following the successful completion of the initial stage, the next step of the program will continue with the evaluation of a distinguished jury of 111 people. This jury, composed of respected figures from the entrepreneurship ecosystem and expert professionals in their fields, will meticulously examine the technical competencies of the projects, their market compatibility, and their promised sustainable growth potentials. X Mind Solutions' solutions on the Future Match Demoday Stage

X Mind Solutions is taking the stage at Demoday, being among the 14 ventures selected for the PoC process in the TÜGİAD and İSTKA-supported Future Match program.

The Future Match program, implemented under the coordination of the Young Business People Association of Turkey (TÜGİAD) and with the support of the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA), brings together the concrete needs of corporate companies with the innovative and scalable solutions of technology startups. This comprehensive program, which brings together the industrial and technology worlds, aims to create a strong collaborative environment that supports the digital transformation dynamics of the business world. As X Mind Solutions, we are excited to create added value by directly interacting with corporate firms on this visionary platform.

During the process carried out within the scope of Future Match, a total of 33 technology startups presented their customized solutions for the focus areas and operational requirements of 16 corporate companies. Following detailed evaluations, the teams eligible to advance to the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage were determined. As X Mind Solutions, thanks to the AI-based corporate automation and agent architectures we developed, we distinguished ourselves among 33 startups and became one of the 14 ventures that advanced to the PoC stage and earned the right to take the stage.

The Future Match Demoday and Closing Event, which is the final stage of the program, will be held on October 6th, hosted by Süleyman Seba Cultural Center. We will take the stage in the first pitch group at the organization, which brings together leading actors of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, corporate leaders, and investors. Throughout the event, we will have the opportunity to present the technological infrastructure we offer to sector leaders, our integration capabilities in corporate processes, and the operational flexibility we provide to businesses, with concrete case examples.

Our main focus in our stage presentation will be to minimize manual labor with artificial intelligence agents that autonomize business workflows. The autonomous systems we have developed eliminate data discontinuities between departments while freeing employees from time-consuming routine tasks. Smart automation systems designed with the X Mind Solutions approach aim to reduce error rates, accelerate decision-making mechanisms, and directly increase corporate efficiency.

From our perspective, the most valuable aspect of the Future Match process is not just to be on stage, but to realize a sustainable business collaboration model. In this direction, we are building an uninterrupted chain extending from the PoC stage to real operational use, measurable return on investment (ROI), and ultimately scalable business partnerships.
