AI Integration in SMEs and the Gaziantep Experience

At the Artificial Intelligence and Next-Generation Commerce Forum, organized by Oniki under the leadership of the Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce, we came together with regional SME representatives. During the sessions, the field insights and SME-oriented perspective shared by Mehmet Sarpyar on behalf of IdeaSoft regarding the e-commerce ecosystem were exceptionally insightful. Similarly, the evaluations presented by Akin Sertcan from the perspective of Logo Yazilim clearly demonstrated how AI models must integrate with existing enterprise resource planning and management systems. The role of established technology leaders in this transformation is of critical importance for businesses.

The true economic and value-added impact unlocked by artificial intelligence cannot remain confined to organizations that develop software or technology.
