Depending on the configured workflow, they can post comments, route follow-up tasks, or notify relevant teams, with human approval added before consequential actions.

Access is scoped to the projects and operations each agent needs, using authorization appropriate to the deployment. Issue fields, user identities, and project references are mapped to their counterparts in connected systems. Execution results and failures are monitored, while credential handling, sensitive content filtering, and retention rules follow the organization's security requirements. Write operations can require explicit approval.
