AI and Trust in Data Handling on the Agenda with KobiGPT at Sahne XL

As X Mind Solutions, we attended Sahne XL with KobiGPT as a BTM startup, under the theme “Value for Türkiye.” Throughout the day, we held one-to-one meetings with investors, industry professionals and prospective customers. The main topic in these conversations was where business data goes, ahead of what AI models can do. These discussions once again underscored the role of trust in data handling in the decision to adopt AI.

For a business, seeing what AI can do is not the same as deciding to use it. When the question “Where does our data go?” remains unanswered, model performance alone does not provide a sufficient basis for evaluation. This perspective, which we encountered in our conversations at Sahne XL, reminded us of the importance of explaining data flows clearly alongside the solution’s functionality. Listening to businesses’ concerns is therefore an integral part of any technical explanation.

Questions from the event provided direct feedback that validated the roadmap we are following for KobiGPT. The value of this feedback lies not only in the interest shown in the solution, but also in revealing which questions businesses want answered when making decisions. For us, these conversations were an opportunity to align our product presentation with users’ actual evaluation criteria. Placing data-related questions at the centre supports an approach to AI that goes beyond model capabilities alone.

What matters to us about events like this is the one-to-one dialogue beyond the stage. Speaking directly with investors, industry professionals and prospective customers allows us to hear different expectations in the same setting. We also value these contacts as a way to understand opportunities for collaboration. We saw the connections we made at Sahne XL not only as a chance to introduce our solution, but also as an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of others’ needs and priorities.

The key message we took from Sahne XL is clear: in conversations about enterprise AI, questions about data should not be overshadowed by model performance. At X Mind Solutions, we place importance on addressing these questions carefully in our dialogue with businesses.
