MCP-Base: An HR Product with AI Agent Integration

At X Mind Solutions, we developed MCP-Base, our product focused on HR processes, from scratch in 14 hours at the MCP Hackathon organised by Komünite.com.tr. Delivering a tangible product in such a short time exemplified our approach to bringing AI agents and business processes together. We focused development on enabling companies to track their HR processes through a single platform and connect directly with the agents they use.

MCP-Base was designed as an HR platform that can integrate directly with the AI agents companies use. At its core is the ability to monitor HR processes through a single platform. Its functionality therefore goes beyond providing analysis: it brings agent integration and process tracking together within the same system. The central need we address with MCP-Base is to make HR activities trackable alongside AI-powered systems.

We are currently actively testing MCP-Base both internally and with a pilot customer. We continue to evaluate the product created at the hackathon in these two settings. While our initial experiences have been positive, we distinguish the testing phase from a completed wider rollout. When describing the product, we therefore focus on its current functionality and ongoing user experience rather than claims of measured efficiency gains or savings.

For those who would like to experience a small part of the product, we have also prepared a dedicated test workflow that analyses LinkedIn profiles within minutes. This workflow offers a look at a specific analysis function, not MCP-Base in its entirety. We can share the test workflow link with anyone interested in trying it. This gives them the opportunity to explore the analysis function directly through a limited example before assessing the platform’s full HR scope.

We do not position MCP-Base as a replacement for HR professionals. Our focus is on bringing process tracking and AI agent integration together on the same platform. The 14-hour development period at the hackathon describes how the product came into being; it does not mean testing is complete. As we at X Mind Solutions continue to evaluate MCP-Base through our own use and the pilot customer’s experience, we clearly distinguish the product’s functionality from its current testing stage.
