Enterprise AI and Collaboration at TÜGİAD Future Match

We at X Mind Solutions attended Future Match, an event organised by the Young Businesspeople Association of Türkiye (TÜGİAD). Bringing entrepreneurs and established companies together, the event gave us an opportunity to explore technology-driven solutions and new avenues for collaboration. In our meeting focused on enterprise AI transformation, we exchanged ideas on topics ranging from solutions tailored to business needs to integration with existing business processes.

During the event, Ali Olgun from our team met with Rasim Cömert and Merve Burcu Bulur from Aksoylar Mühendislik A.Ş. We held an in-depth discussion of KobiGPT and the AI solutions we develop specifically for organisations. Business-specific AI assistants and automation scenarios were also among the topics discussed. We used these topics as a framework for exploring how AI can address organisational needs.

Internal data security and on-premises AI solutions were key topics in our meeting. In enterprise AI applications, where data is processed, who can access it and how it is managed under existing security policies must be considered together. Solutions running on an organisation’s own infrastructure can be assessed from this perspective; however, deployment location alone does not guarantee security. Access permissions and operational processes must also be part of the solution design.

We also discussed AI integration with ERP, CRM and business processes. A meaningful assessment in this area requires looking not only at the model to be used, but also at data flows between systems and the targeted workflow steps. Business-specific assistants and automation scenarios can be designed by clarifying which tasks will be supported and at which stages human approval will be retained. This allows technology choices to be considered alongside business needs.

We hope our meeting will lay the groundwork for new collaborations in the period ahead. At this stage, our focus is on continuing the dialogue around the topics discussed and exploring project opportunities that could contribute to businesses’ AI transformation.
