Enterprise AI on the SME Agenda: KobiGPT at WIN EURASIA

At X Mind Solutions, we took to the main stage at WIN EURASIA to present KobiGPT, our enterprise AI platform developed for SMEs and regulated industries. The interest we received at the fair exceeded our expectations. In discussions ranging from manufacturers to distributors, the shared focus was on how to integrate AI into existing business processes. Participants’ questions centred less on the broad promises of technology and more on how it could be used in day-to-day operations. This approach provided a valuable basis for discussing practical use cases.

Throughout the fair, we met more than 20 companies and took steps towards more than five direct partnerships. We see these contacts not only as new connections, but also as opportunities to hear directly what businesses expect from AI. The key question that emerged from our discussions was clear: how can AI truly become part of the way a business operates? For us, answering this question means considering technology alongside teams’ everyday needs.

The use cases we offer through KobiGPT include automated quote generation and sales and marketing automation. We believe that when introducing AI into a business, the starting point should be the task to be addressed, rather than the tool to be used. Clearly defining a need in quote preparation or sales processes makes it easier to identify where automation should come into play. This shifts the assessment from a general search for AI to a specific workflow, allowing teams’ expectations to be discussed more clearly.

For KobiGPT, which focuses on regulated industries as well as SMEs, on-premises deployment is one of the options we offer. In an approach that takes compliance with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) into account, the choice of deployment should not be considered separately from data processing procedures and the organisation’s responsibilities. On-premises deployment alone does not mean that full legal compliance has been achieved. When assessing AI use, it is therefore important to consider not only functionality, but also how data is processed, access permissions and terms of use.

Helping teams learn how to use technology is just as important as introducing it into the business. This is why, at X Mind Solutions, we consider our AI training part of our solution approach. The aim is to support teams in using the technology in their everyday work.
