The key message from AloTech CX Summit 2026 was that AI in customer experience is moving beyond presentations into real operations. At X Mind Solutions, we view this transformation through Agentic AI structures that use tools and connect to systems. A focus on production, multi-agent coordination and an on-premises deployment option are the core elements of this thinking in our KobiGPT approach.

At X Mind Solutions, we took part in AloTech CX Summit 2026 at Paribu Art, an event exploring how Agentic AI is transforming customer experience. Throughout the day, our focus was less on AI’s potential capabilities and more on how it works in operations. The sessions highlighted real-world use cases, live operational data and systems running in production. For us, the event’s clearest message was that discussions about AI in customer experience are moving beyond presentations to practical implementation.
The emphasis on implementation we observed at the event aligns with the expectations we encounter in the field. Organizations are no longer simply asking what AI can do in general, but how it can be integrated into their existing operations. This shift calls for assessing its value in real workflows rather than how impressive a demonstration looks. In customer experience, the goal is not merely to build an interface that generates responses, but to consider the processes, tools and system connections behind it together. This places operational needs at the center of technology assessment.
This is also where Agentic AI differs from a stand-alone chatbot. Autonomous agents are viewed as structures capable of invoking tools, connecting to systems and coordinating multiple steps. In customer experience, the value of this approach lies in its ability to connect conversation with action. The design therefore concerns not only the response to be given, but also which tool will be used, in which process and alongside which system.
We are shaping our KobiGPT approach with the same operational focus. Our priority is to target production use rather than simply present demos, and to base our approach on coordination between multiple agents rather than a single command. For deployment, we value an on-premises option that takes compliance with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) into account, rather than a single cloud-dependent model. At the same time, we emphasize that on-premises deployment alone does not constitute regulatory compliance and must be assessed together with data processing procedures and access rules.
AloTech CX Summit 2026 was also valuable as an opportunity to take part in an event where customer experience technologies developed in Türkiye were discussed in a global context. At X Mind Solutions, we define our role in this agenda through our focus on aligning AI agents, automation workflows and system integrations with businesses’ real needs. Our main takeaway from the event is clear: understanding the transformation of customer experience requires looking not only at model capabilities, but also at how those capabilities connect to live operations.
Frequently asked questions
- What was the focus of AloTech CX Summit 2026?
- Held at Paribu Art, the event focused on the future of customer experience with Agentic AI. The sessions highlighted real-world use cases, live operational data and systems running in production.
- Why does Agentic AI matter in customer experience?
- Agentic AI encompasses structures that go beyond generating responses to invoke tools, connect to systems and coordinate process steps. This approach enables customer interactions to be designed together with the operational actions behind them.
- What are the priorities of the KobiGPT approach?
- With KobiGPT, we prioritize production over demos and multi-agent coordination over individual commands. Rather than a cloud-dependent approach, we also value an on-premises deployment option that takes KVKK compliance into account.
- Does on-premises deployment automatically ensure KVKK compliance?
- No, on-premises deployment alone does not constitute KVKK compliance. The deployment choice must be assessed together with data processing procedures and access rules.
