The voice assistant that logs fault reports with their location and routes applications to the right team
For municipal, energy and telecom contact centers: fault and application calls are classified; emergencies go to the designated team.
Common problems on the phone line
Call spikes during outages
Many people call about the same fault at once; the line jams and other requests wait.
Calls reach the wrong team
Callers often do not know which team to call; details get lost as the call is passed from team to team.
Location details go missing
When the neighborhood and street are taken down incompletely over the phone, the field team has to ask again.
How it works in this sector
Every call follows the same four steps; the assistant acts only with defined permissions.

Greets
Greets the caller and listens to the fault or application.
- 02 / 04
Understands and verifies
Confirms the neighborhood, street and contact details by reading them back.
- 03 / 04
Takes action
Submits the report to the authorized system and shares the reference number once the system returns it.
- 04 / 04
Confirms or hands off
Transfers emergencies to the designated team.

Let's plan your phone line together
In a discovery call we go through your call flows and the systems to connect.
* Footnote: Latency values were measured on real call recordings (from the moment the caller stops speaking until the first sound arrives, server side). Internet latency adds 0.05–0.3 s. Word error rate was measured on the public FLEURS-tr dataset (200 sentences, 8 kHz telephone audio). Language support is at model level. Live validation was done in Turkish; in other languages, voice and recognition quality may vary by language.
